JT Land Solutions handles residential excavation across San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country. Whether you need a foundation pad dug, a utility line trenched, a stock pond shaped, or a drainage problem fixed, owner Jonathan Trejo runs the machine himself so the work is done right the first time.
We dig trenches for water, electrical, and plumbing, excavate building pads and footings, shape ponds and detention basins, cut driveways, and handle demo digs and old foundation removal. Every job starts with a walk-through so you know the scope and the price before we touch the ground.
Because we own the dump truck too, hauling off spoil dirt and debris is built into the job — no extra subcontractor to coordinate, no surprise dump fees.
